Brian Caswell brings more than two decades of professional experience spanning commercial banking, government lending programs, economic development finance, and business management.
His career includes business banking positions with Bank of America, South Carolina Bank & Trust, and M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, as well as service as a Loan Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Brian also founded and led the Economic Development Investment Fund, a community development financial institution focused on supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses. His background combines credit analysis, commercial lending, business development, financial evaluation, and operating leadership.
Through Better Bank, Brian applies that experience to help owners assess challenges, understand opportunities, and make more informed business decisions.
