Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your full name, email address, business or organization name, service of interest, and a brief description. A business website is optional. The form also asks you to agree that Better Bank may use these details to review and respond to your inquiry.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax IDs, tax returns, credit-card details, bank statements, investor subscription documents, or other confidential financial records through this form.
Online inquiry availability
The contact page shows whether online delivery is available. If delivery is unavailable, the form cannot send and directs you to the company email address. A displayed success confirmation is reserved for an inquiry accepted by the email service; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response.
Purpose and processing
When enabled, the form sends your inquiry from the website’s server to Better Bank’s Microsoft 365 mailbox at info@betterbankinc.com. Better Bank uses it to understand your request, reply, and determine whether an appropriate professional engagement is possible. Microsoft provides the email processing service. Sites hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure to serve the website and process requests.
The website does not create an inquiry database or a persistent application log of form contents. It does not sell inquiry information or enroll form submitters in a marketing list.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses validation, a honeypot, short-lived signed tokens, and shared request limits. A separate abuse-control store holds only hashed network identifiers, hashed form-token references, and timestamps. These entries expire after 24 hours and expired entries are removed when the form processes a subsequent submission. They contain no inquiry text or raw IP addresses. Hosting and email providers may process technical request and delivery records under their own service configurations.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Use the initial form only for a brief, non-confidential overview.
Retention
When an inquiry is successfully transmitted, copies are kept in the company mailbox and Microsoft 365 email systems according to the mailbox’s configured retention. The website does not apply an automatic mailbox deletion schedule. Contact info@betterbankinc.com with questions or requests about information you have submitted.
Cookies and external links
No marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts have been added to this website. Hosting services may use security cookies to protect the site. Links to USBN, Sports Fund 1, and official social profiles take you to separate services with their own policies.

Contact info@betterbankinc.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable law, identity verification, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. The policy may be updated when the site or its processing changes.
